Don't even waste your time if you're a person of colour or from an ethnic background, this company is racist, matter of fact it was built on racism. The interview questions were so lame and had absolutely nothing to do with getting to know your character. One thing I noticed was how the other candidates were trying so hard to act a certain way just to fit in which is ridiculous. I'm sorry but Im not ok with working in an environment where I have to pretend and change my character in order to be accepted.
Group interview then solo interview. They wanted to see what you’re like in a group. The group interview was with a key leader. The solo interview was with the store manager.

Easy and quick. I only interviewed with two people in one round. The interview was held in the store. Offer was sent after first interview. I declined due to hours needed over holidays.
