      I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at nsquared (Sydney) in Jan 2016

      Interview

      1)Telephone interview about overall character 2)Interview in person and meeting the team, the interview was technical but also again about character 3)Test assignment to be done in one week time, choice from three assignments, all relatively easy 4)Analysis of the code written with two people, including offering better options when a flaw was mentioned Overall one of the most interesting screening processes I've seen. I feel very positive about the company.

      Over the phone: Do you know how much your IQ is? What do you want to be remembered for? What do you think about Microsoft Edge? How do you think IPhone changed the smartphone industry? In person: Technical questions. How do you feel about junior developers asking a lot of questions from you.
