Interview
The process was extremely clear from the very beginning, and also right on the spot with the timings, the people and the answers.
Everyone was very, very nice and the process seemed well tailored for what they need (when comparing what the challenge would be and the questions they made). They were also very open and answered all the questions I had.
They also provided feedback on what could be improved from my side.
At least from interview perspective, they excelled, with prompt answers to emails and perfectly defined interview process.

Question 1
Among the questions, in different interviews, they asked me about my management style and how to manage complicated situations as a manager, also a systems design question (long one), and a migration question (also long).
