the phone interview person is very kind and patient. At the begining he asked me to introduce myself. Then he asked my previous experience and the reason for leaving last company.

Interview
Went through several rounds of interviews that comprehensively went through my experience and designed to show ability to work autonomously. Did a very thorough reference check asking for endorsements from past three bosses.
The Interview process was a bit stressful but they were honest with their feedback. I did not make it to the third round of the interview process. There are 4 rounds.
