Interview
I applied in December 2019. First-round was a phone interview with a recruiter a month later. The second round (3 weeks later) was a technical round using coderpad where I was asked to solve a problem in Python while a different recruiter was on the phone with me watching me code real-time. The third and final round (3 more weeks later) was an in-person interview at their Manhattan office. I met with at least 4 employees (including the CTO) during the 3-hour interview. The top 3 of around 1300 candidates were brought in for the final round.
