- I was sent "homework" :How I would proceed if a case was escalated to me in my first week with error message "internal server error" (it was a specific, but a catch all message). The message could not be found in the error logs by 1 level support.
There was not enough information (and the case would not have been escalated like that in real life) however I thought that this was a question asking for general troubleshooting techniques, so I sent the questions I would ask to isolate the problem... This did not seem the correct answer, but when I asked to see successful solution I was ignored.
