Two interviews:
1. Call with the recruiter
2. Interview with the Hiring Manager and the recruiter
The first interview went fine. The second one was one of the most awkward interviews I've ever been in. The manager wanted to 'stress-test' me and was condescending the whole time which I did not appreciate.

The process differ from company to company
but more likely is the following:
- application via online, sending the Resume
- selection round based on the applicants;
- then interviews, HR, technical interviews and probably testing

Initial HR reach out, the HR is quite professional, transparent, and caring, I felt respect in the process, overall is quite a pleasant experience, even though I didn't proceed because the location.
