interview process include 3 stages:
1. Short general interview with BDR Manager checking your motivation and explaining what to expect from position;
2. Then I was given test task that consist of 5 subtasks. It took me around 8 hours to complete;
3. Interview with BDR Manager and Sales Manager where you present your test task solution

Application, evaluation, video screening, 1st stage, testing and assessment. Mostly conversations and culture fit directly is key. Quite enjoyable and informative. 10 out of 10, I would certainly highly recommend.
