Flexible working time and many interesting testing projects.
Cons
Account was suddenly banned without any warning, explanation, or proper investigation from the platform. If my account had been banned with clear evidence and a legitimate explanation, I would have accepted the decision without complaint. But banning someone without providing any proof, any proper reason, or even a simple notification is deeply disrespectful. Testers spend countless hours helping improve the platform and its clients’ products. Being removed without transparency or communication feels less like professional treatment and more like being thrown out the door after all the effort and contribution given. At the very least, testers deserve honesty, clear communication, and a fair chance to understand or respond before such serious actions are taken.
