2 interviews including a short task. Spoke to Robert who was relaxed and engaging. Tone was light and not pressured. No offer received due to salary expectation differences. The task was also not super difficult compared to other companies that I’ve interviewed at.
I applied online. I interviewed at uSERP (Lone Tree, CO) in Jan 2024
Interview
Started off with an application, then I had to do a paid test assignment, afterwards I had an interview with one of the owners. Application took 10 mins, the test assignment between 2 and 3 hours and the interview around 30 mins to 60 mins.
Was given a "paid" assignment that took a few hours and then never paid for it. I was left thinking that they were collecting free work from a bunch of people. Could have been a mistake but it didn’t leave me with a good impression.
