whiteGREY interview questions

I had 3 interviews for this role, after the first two interviews the hiring manager advised I received positive feedback. After the third interview I contacted the hiring manager to ask for feedback however was ghosted by this person. I tried to call, to which I would get an automated text message stating they will call me later, sent emails and have not heard since. As the third interview was 20 Feb, it’s clear that I have been unsuccessful for the role. It is a shame that the hiring manager didn’t have the decency to contact me to say I was unsuccessful. I was very interested in working for this company and enjoyed interviewing with the 3 employees however going through this hiring process I would avoid this company in the future.
