We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator to join our small family team in Pavor Road, Torquay. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data within our systems. This role requires a high level of accuracy, organisation, and familiarity with computer applications. Opera software input can be taught to the right applicant.

Duties

• Inputting data accurately into company databases and software systems
• Updating existing records with new information in a timely manner
• Verifying data entries for accuracy and completeness
• Managing electronic files and maintaining organised records
• Assisting with data retrieval and report generation as required
• Ensuring data security and confidentiality at all times
• Supporting administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and correspondence management
• Collaborating with team members to improve data processing workflows

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry or computer operation roles is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively
• Good typing speed with high accuracy
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
