We’re looking for a Labour Planning Analyst to join our Central Operations team. In this role, we’ll look to you to provide second line support to our store and field colleagues who have any issues with Logile, our new scheduling tool. It’s an exciting time to join as we continue to support our store teams with adoption of this new system.
Why this role matters
As a Labour Planning Analyst, you’ll communicate with our service desks, process owners and third-party suppliers to make sure we resolve queries within the agreed timescales. You’ll complete routine system tasks to keep these systems running, extracting data from the system to create reports for partners across the business.
