4th Dimension Innovation Ltd is a motorcycle claims handling company focusing on first notification through to subrogated loss recovery. Established in 2003 we now employ over 500 people. We cover the UK, Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands and Isle of Man (and, where necessary, Europe).
Our purpose-built, 50,000 square foot site, brings together our claims, engineering and repair facilities. The close proximity of our teams helps with communication, cross training and development whilst minimizing delays and hand-offs. We are told that our workshop is the largest motorcycle damage repair facility in the world. Certainly, it is the only manufacturer-approved motorcycle damage repair facility in Europe.
In 2016 we created a further 22,000 square foot of salvage storage and disposal on the site. This increase in capacity has allowed us to securely store up to 750 more motorcycles before disposal and enables us to continue to grow our Salvage and Ebay Parts area of the business.
