Currently operating in Lancashire and Yorkshire, Active Pathways Ltd have been helping adults aged 18-65 years with their mental health and learning disabilities for over 15 years.
We’re focused on delivering recovery focused mental health services within innovative, creative, and inspiring environments. We provide services to Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust, Lancashire CCG’s and Lancashire County Council. In Yorkshire we provide services to Leeds CCGS who are looking to place vulnerable people into an engaging rehabilitative programme.
Our services balance therapy and care, ensuring the progress of treatment is measurable, enabling us to evaluate the effectiveness.
We’re passionate about providing community tailored services where service-users are supported in less restrictive environments during their recovery. This way, we develop relationships, manage risk and provide opportunities to improve skills enabling service users to enjoy citizenship within their local community.
