Its proprietary drug delivery technologies are used worldwide and include oral, topical, and sublingual substances. BioZone was founded by President Daniel Fisher and EVP Brian Keller. In 2011 was acquired by shell company International Surf Resorts, which then renamed itself BioZone Pharmaceuticals.
