As part of Mental Health week we have run face to face sessions with 300 of our colleagues on Meditation, mindfulness, resilience, sleep, and anxiety and stress. We've treated hundreds of colleagues to a massage and introduced people to yoga. Perhaps most importantly we've had colleagues bravely sharing their own mental health stories.
Gothelf is based in Barcelona but acts as a consultant to companies around the world. He recently worked with the teams at Manchester-based tech giant http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQuHM to help evolve their approach towards customer experience.

We have four amazing and award winning offices, three based in Manchester and one in London. In 2017 we will also open an office in Barcelona.
Our offices reflect our values, they are fun, they are different but they give us some great spaces to work together and to get things done.
I have been working at BookingGo full-time (More than a year)
I had worked as an IT Contractor for over 10 years working for many companies in the North West before accepting a contract at BookingGo. After 3 months into my 6 month contract I enjoyed working at BookingGo much I applied for a permanent position, and I can honestly say its the best move I have ever made. There are many interesting projects to work on and the Technology stack keeps getting better. There are Innovation Weeks, Hackathons, company parties and events run during the year, its a real learning culture.
Its based in Manchester city centre so its good if you like that kind of location.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work your doing amazing
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at BookingGo (Manchester, England) in April 2015.
Applied online took a day.k? Got an interview with a very nice gentlemen. The interview was more of a conversation was pretty relaxed. The whole company is relaxing and seems like a cool place to work. The interview was easy just go in there breathe mean every word you say. Standard call centre questions what's good customer service, how do you deal with pressure the interview was relaxing was about 30-40mins long. Don't worry too much. Still waiting for the phone call. Apparently they're very slow with this as I've read the others.
