I have been working at Capital One (More than 10 years)
What drives this great company are its purpose to truly change people's relationship with their finances and financial services company. The people you work with, the career opportunities and culture are amazing. For a FS company their are at the forefront of using data and tech to transform banking. Great facilities and benefits. Fun place to be yourself.
Performance management is polarising and distracting and time consuming.
