I have been working at Cardlytics full-time (Less than a year)
Interesting data challenges, good pay, relaxed atmosphere, decent social side, friendly colleagues.
Chaotic at times, but it is still a start up.
Most grumbles are IT and infrastructure related, but most of these are outside management control.
Non-monetary benefits are either bare minimum, or industry basic. Nothing special.
Advice to Management
Keep the message and the vision clear and focused.
Keep hiring the best.
Don't be afraid to promote from within or we may lose our best young talent.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Cardlytics (London, England) in April 2014.
You need to fit the culture and be an independent thinker who can work within a small growing business and is more about getting things done rather then waiting for the system to provide you a promotion. Act as if you are already promoted and you will go far. Entrepreneurial attitude is essential
