    telephone screen then a culture round with head of people.

    People I spoke to were great and really nice.

    Also last year they tried to make me upload a video answering a list of questions which is terrible recruitment practise and pretty embarassing for their talent staff..

    name a time you had a positive working relationship describe a difficult working relationship To be honest, the above questions tell you nothing about how a person will fit a self managed workplace. Ive been working in self managed workplaces for a long time and you cant grasp a persons ethics and personality based on these two questions. Id be a bit more upset at the rejection due to a culture mismatch if I was genuinely interested in the role or company, but thankfully that wasnt the case.
