- It can be very exciting to have the opportunity to engage with leaders from companies across a wide spectrum of technologies - As an individual contributor you feel like you can make a difference to company direction, which is satisfying - Really friendly organisation (on a day-to-day basis) that provides care (when you most need it)
Cons
- The work can be repetitive. HMRC’s changing direction is largely to blame for that. - IMHO the company’s organisational structure is slowly evolving from “everyone’s equal” towards more of a hierarchy. As this evolves, some ambiguities arise.
Really supportive of career progression and always looking for ways to give people interesting roles and projects.
Always thinking about the employees and what extra support the might need in terms of well-being and benefits.
