Pros
Unusual atmosphere, young company with young employees, there's a billiards table, you can work from home, work is very easy and can be done by almost anyone.
Cons
No intellectual stimulation, repetitive work with no real career progression. Pay is not great and not based on merit but on popularity. Their is a severe lack of leadership in the organisation and overall the moral among employees is low.
