    Pros

    It is possible to create your own role. Room for movement between business lines. Exposure to well-established brands, in the consumer goods sector (my experience).

    Cons

    No investment in professional development. High turn-over of staff.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in your staff.

    Application

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intertek.

    Interview

    It was a two rounds interview. The first one was with the line manager and HR representative. The second one was with Senior Manager and the Assistant. The first meeting was more about reviewing the CV and talking about the examples and handling different situations within the team. The second meeting was more about the experience and knowledge. Overall the process was professional and resulted in the positive outcome.
