Mission We're on a mission to help sales teams to harness the power of their data, all in pursuit of a world where everyone in a sales team is productive, motivated, and efficient - no exceptions.
Description OneUp Sales is a sales motivation & management solution for sales teams. We use data produced by systems they already use to:
- Reduce admin-heavy tasks such as reporting and performance management
- Drive motivation and productivity through gamification
- Increase transparency through TV displays and automated emails

Our customers go from small 2-man teams all the way through to organisations with hundreds of salespeople around the world.

We're a distributed team meaning we don't have an office (although we do meet monthly in Birmingham in the United Kingdom). Our working style is very relaxed and flexible: no rigid working hours, and no manager breathing down your neck every 15 minutes. We're also incredibly open - in your first 90 days you'll write a product feature pitch, produce a bug report, write a blog, and even add some documentation to our internal wiki. There's strength in diversity of skills and thought and we seek to embrace that wherever we can.
