In addition, it offers a competitive salary, strong career growth and promotion opportunities, and a wide range of benefits, including company-paid meals in the office from Monday to Thursday and up to three weeks of remote work per year.

      Cons

      This is a fast-paced environment where continuous learning and adaptability are essential. While not a drawback, it can be challenging at times, as technology evolves rapidly and requires you to constantly update your skills and knowledge. Success in this role also requires a proactive mindset, strong self-motivation, and the ability to take initiative independently.

      Pros

      There are a handful of genuinely good people throughout the company - not within leadership.

      Cons

      Employees are expected to do more with less- leading to long hours and unsustainable workload. Work-life balance is talked about but not consistently demonstrated by leadership. The culture felt performance-driven at the expense of people. I often felt that employees were valued more for their output than as individuals. Speaking up, challenging decisions, or offering a different perspective did not feel psychologically safe. The CEO’s town hall messaging reinforces this culture. Statements such as “ If you don’t like it here, you can leave” and that employees who don’t learn Ai will be come “obsolete” came across as lacking empathy. Trust in leadership was low from my perspective.
