Our mission is simple: to provide the best North American dining experience in the UK and beyond. We are a family-owned and run business, established 18 years ago in Crosby, Liverpool. Moose came from a passion for the great breakfast culture in the diners of New York City, we wanted to capture the American & Canadian attitude to the best meal of the day and sought to create a unique short-order breakfast menu. We deliver an Authentic North American dining experience across the North West, with stores currently in Liverpool, Manchester and Leeds. Our brunch menu provides a choice of stacks of pancakes, hash-based breakfasts, well-stacked sandwiches and more! For the past seventeen years, we've prioritised using high-quality local and ethical suppliers from the North West whenever possible to reduce our carbon footprint and support our local economy. It's not only our food that contributes to our North American experience, but also our service standards. Front-of-house staff provide full table service, going above and beyond for our customers.
