We’re So Energy and since 2015, we’ve been supplying great value 100% renewable electricity and gas to homes in the UK. In 2015, dealing with energy suppliers was - frankly - a bit rubbish. Call waiting times were long, prices weren’t competitive and renewables were the exception rather than the norm. That’s why we (hi, we’re Simon and Charlie, school friends who got into the energy industry together) set about building a renewable energy company that has customer service at its heart and a commitment to offering tariffs that are among the most competitively priced on the market, green or not. Our business depends on hiring and developing the best people, and thanks to that being one of our core values, our customer service team has won award after award, we’ve been a Which? Recommended Supplier and we’ve topped the Citizens Advice customer service rankings on many occasions. We know that being an energy supplier is about more than keeping the lights on. The team at So Energy is bold, diverse and committed to providing our customers with the best service possible, from our superstar customer service agents to our engineers, data scientists, researchers, designers and more, all here to make sure our customers have a five-star experience. We’re a diverse team from all walks of life and we’re very proud of that.
