    My Team want the best for the organisation and have a clear focus on delivery. I've been made to feel really welcome by everyone at SERL, not just PMO. Access to and visibility of Senior staff at SERL is high with real transparency.

    Cons

    Previous projects and analysis is documented sporadically and inconsistently. Availability of SMEs is limited. No 'organisational memory' e.g. no SERL-wide Confluence site Learning how we function from a People and Process perspective is hard
