None! You could try and use the hours, but that's the industry not the company! And anyway, with the amount of holiday entitlement, even on annual leave I'm itching to get back to the office!

  1. Trainee Estate Agent Interview

Anonymous Employee in Faversham, England, England
    No Offer
    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wards (Faversham, England, England) in Mar 2021

Applied online and had an initial phone call and then invited to a zoom call. The woman on the call seemed very disinterested in the whole process. Interview went well and told would be contacted the following week. Received an email saying I had been unsuccessful and then one later one saying some will be called within 5 days and ones who haven't good luck in the future. When asking for feedback on the video interview they said they couldn't provide any individual feedback (surely they took notes throughout it and had reasons). Overall a promising start to the process but very quickly went downhill. Reputation has gone down in them.

Firstly, to wish all who read this safety & good health. Estate Agency is a people business & nothing can be more important now than doing our bit to help save lives. It's been a roller coaster of a year & I don’t know about anyone else but the market is crazy busy here! However, the safety of colleagues & customers is always priority & within days of opening earlier this year, our offices were equipped with the appropriate COVID-19 safety measures/PPE. Regular updates from our senior directors throughout COVID have been vital, not only working as a poignant reminder of how careful we should be but also to reflect any changes in Government guidelines throughout. Of course, in our industry, it's not just our offices that we had to consider. We've supported our customers with detailed and updated instructions for both viewings & valuations. Our Virtual Tours were also a fantastic to try & help our customers achieve their moving goals. I guess it is in these real testing times that you appreciate companies who rise & conquer over a challenge & ours has certainly done that.
