    It's like a family. They have young and smart individuals and make it fun to go to work. They also have great coffee.

    I applied online. I interviewed at Wayfair (London, England) in September 2015.

    Interview

    I had a first phone interview which went very well.
    The interviewer asked me to come for a face to face interview to meet my line manager. I had to go overseas for four days so we decided to set up the interview after my trip.
    Two days later they sent me an email telling me they had to fill the role as soon as possible due to business urgency.
    There was no delay on my side as I could have acted with urgency if given the opportunity.
