    It's like a family. They have young and smart individuals and make it fun to go to work. They also have great coffee.

    Cons

    Salaries are sometimes a little low and progression can take a little bit longer than you want.

    Flexible working hours, good benefits, great stock options

    Cons

    Extreme disorganisation amongst offices (US, UK, DE), constant change in strategy, many employees promoted too quickly, extremely young office, lacking a strong leadership team in London due to the head of EU's partialness towards Berlin which stunts London employee growth.

    The people are pleasant and a company always expanding.

    Cons

    Management only promotes what they see, it is hard to move up regardless.

    Advice to Management

    Spend more time with teams, or nominate a sub manager to report performance.

    Thorough training, foster innovation at graduate level, good salary, supportive management, snacks in the office, good health care.

    Pros

    It's a great company to work for - the work is challenging but very rewarding and you get a lot of responsibility early on in your career. Everyone can make an impact on the total business and the company encourages creativity and entrepreneurship across the board. You get to work with clever, ambitious and fun people and the atmosphere in the office is very vibrant and collaborative.

    Cons

    Its fast pace environment and you are expected to adjust to change very quickly - its can be a good thing and a bad thing depending on your outlook.

    Pros

    -Excellent benefits including share scheme, private healthcare and dentalcare, better than industry average.
    -A meritocratic environment, if you work hard you are rewarded and recognised.
    -Very sociable and friendly culture, every Friday we finish early and have drinks!
    -Company has huge potential and your actions can really influence the growth of the company.
    -Managers are very pro-active in encouraging your development and ensuring you get to your end goal.
    -Company regularly provides updates on company performance and goals domestically and internationally.
    - Innovative, constantly changing processes to make them more efficient and make your role more efficient.

    Cons

    -Hours are 9-6 vs 9-5 in most offices.
    -Initial onboarding salary could be higher and reflect previous experience more.

    Advice to Management

    Ensure salaries when onboarding new employees are reflective of their experience. Continue to nurture and empower european offices so they continue to flourish e.g CEO, directors visiting the offices.
