Pros
The work that is being done to help patient stay out of the hospital is admirable. The technology being used is some that the industry has never seen. The benefits are good as well.
Cons
Leadership does not care about you or what you are owed. The sales team doesn’t care about what happens to a client once they are signed on or if they remain a client 3 months down the road. Raises and bonuses were promised and were pushed back month over month and eventually never paid out to some team members. The engineering/product team will push stuff off on other departments if they feel it doesn’t directly impact their processes. Due to this, many issues reported by clients remained unresolved and created unhappy situations. This company has/had great potential 5 months ago but is now moving in the wrong direction. Promises on improvement were made after they were acquired by Connect America but nothing has happened.
