Management introduces new policies and processes without informing the team, forcing employees to constantly adapt to sudden shifts—only for those changes to be reversed or replaced shortly after. Speaking of management, they seem more focused on micromanaging employees to exhaustion rather than actually supporting growth. Promotions and opportunities aren’t based on merit but rather personal biases. Some employees are clearly given better treatment simply because management likes them, while hardworking individuals are overlooked and undervalued. Ultimately, this company isn’t interested in nurturing talent or rewarding dedication—it’s simply looking for people to overwork and burn out. If you want a job that appreciates effort, provides a clear career path, and values proper leadership, look elsewhere.
