* Interesting emerging area: web3, crypto, defi * some people are really smart and advanced in the area
Cons
* Constant cost cutting and "optimizations" * Layoffs of banch of people * Very toxic environment * Micro-management. You are being mostly overruled. No freedom, no creativity * Founder egocentric * Those who closer to founder: get all benefits. Mafia style. * Processes, constant restructuring over real value * A lot of external contractors who eats money and no real value
