      They lie about having holidays off. You get none guaranteed. Underpaid. Everyone lies. You are also expected to lie.

      Boys club at the top mixed with terrible management

      There was food on Fridays

      Cons

      Promised things during the interview process that was later rescinded while signing on. There's a boys club with the higher management that are abusive to everyone below them. They value doing things the hard way over innovation.
