Pros
There are few positive things to be said about 25m. The partners choose clear favorites and block non favorites out of meetings they are supposed to be in. Grown men have a habit of gaslighting younger employees and making them think they don’t matter and never did.
Cons
See above. It’s pretty much a horrible organization all around. Not only is it a toxic environment, but they also are categorically terrible at what they do. They build terrible businesses and invest in even worse ones.
