Payout: Easy to get payout whenever you want. But the payout avarage request should be atleast $0.50 USD for payeer users and of others $1 USD is must.

Improvement request: Kindly increase the vaule of $1 to $3 dollars, I tried to solve 1000 captcha within continuous 8 hours and the rate didn't attained.
I worked day and night to gain $1 dollar. It's a low pay and doesn't fall average rate as per basic pay for Indian rupees and standard of living and for the time the working hours. There should be pressure but not gained fruitful earnings.
Please provide us adequate basic living cost while doing task per day.
