Pros
A lot of autonomy over oneself work. Quality work reviews Quite a high salary compared to other jobs for the same experience. Very little amount of meetings
Cons
Not necessary a con, but if you like to receive tasks and get "agilled", this company might not be ideal for it. A high degree of authority also means a lot more responsibility. You receive tasks here as projects and you have to figure out things in order to complete them.

Pros
- positive culture focused on solving problems and collaboration - flexible schedule and focus on results, not time worked - opportunities to grow and lead projects - a nice mix of great people both with vast experience in specific areas and beginners with an openness to learn - usually work in cross-functional teams, greatly improving results
Cons
- given that this is a small company, sometimes management decisions are not transparent and may come as a surprise - even though most of the decisions are based on data and facts, sometimes they are taken on feeling, and when they don't work it's very frustrating
