      Pros

      One hour lunch, connections can be built based upon yourself and others’ network

      Cons

      I’m not saying this to deter anyone but the cons outweigh the pros 100%. Upper management is not accountable, yet puts on a facade that theirs a professionalism to them, Japanese owned company that only promote within their Japan headquarters. Very easy to get burnt out based upon false promotions and having to wear multiple hats, inability to properly communicate any information due to throwing under qualified individuals in roles they simply aren’t equipped to do.

      The clothes, except you pay full price due to no employee discount and you cannot put items on hold... So you don't even get first pick of items

      Cons

      Worst management ever experienced, in store and upper management. Ignorant and unprofessional. Store is always understaffed and is scheduled based on favoritism. No work/life balance, they expect you to sell your soul to the company. Extremely low pay for the amount of work, but they will give no name "influencers" hundreds of dollars in credit regularly.

      If you enjoy working with clothes and need a job that will take 2 months of application processing to hire you, this is the place for you!

      Cons

      This corporation is abusive and insidious! Be prepared to work above and beyond for the bare minimum pay. Be prepared to be under-trained and verbally abused by corporate drones who can’t manage anything. Please please do yourself a favor and just apply to somewhere else because this company has a uniquely evil energy. I watched my coworkers here cry at least once a week, it is NOT worth it!!! Especially if you are an employee of color, you will be discriminated against and the chances of you climbing any corporate ladder is almost nonexistent. Heed this warning !!
