Pros
- Flexible working arrangement, able to work from home 4 days per week (provided you have passed their probation period) - Small company (an office suite size), able to be more flexible in many ways - Some people on the inside are really nice and polite, I like them a lot.
Cons
- Terrible people on the inside, there are only 8 people in the company working. Half of the people inside are incredibly rude. Unwilling to treat and teach new employees with the right attitude and tone. - One in particular even personally attack my working attitude, insulting me directly verbally. I will always remember this person. - Too small of a company, so cannot even allow new-learner's mistakes happen at all, otherwise you will get scolded ruthlessly in front of everyone publicly. - The one who speaks the loudest in the company is egotistical, full of themselves, brings such disgusting vibe to the environment. Shame. - The workload and system itself is insanely manual work. Too many works to cover, too many stuffs to memorize (impossible amount), too tedious the inner working system works.
