Training - I feel like I wasn't given enough time to really grasp each system with each client and as there are a vast amount of clients with bespoke aspects they require, this can take some time. I became micro-managed as I was taking longer to do my work load. I personally can't stand micro-management.
There wasn't really much in the way of training. Just a basic booklet then chucked into the deep end after a week. Couldn't really take a colleague out of their role and sit down with them as there wasn't enough staff to cover.
Emails are handled in a poor way. Expected to finish late every day as it was just too busy. There is no auto-response after a certain time.
The working environment was okay then it became claustrophobic with the way the desks were set up.
