      The company is near the beach amd the whether is nice

      Cons

      Lack of work/ life balance, lack of safety (2employees died one in 2008 and the other in 2019). Employees harassment by management is well tolerated and pay is below average.

      -Work/life balance does not exist. -Zero culture - no team building events, just "get the work done" -Department is a revolving door. -Communication.
