Nice work mates and you can meet lots of people.

Cons

The management is terrible. They lie, coerce, abuse, and steal tips. Once you quit on “bad terms” they will steal your tips. Their one and only goal is to screw over their employees as much as they possibly can. There is no loyalty, only stress, anger, mistreatment, abuse, sexism, racism and harassment.
