      This company keeps losing people, and it's not just because it's a cafe.

      Pros

      Free drinks, donut discounts, semi-flexible scheduling.

      Cons

      You'll see them hiring all the time, and it's because it is a truly horrible place to work. Management only believes the turnover is because of the industry, but in reality, it's the micromanaging, favoritism, and hostile work environment. At first, it seems like a great place to work. But stick around and you'll see.

      Free drinks so milk that up. Benefits after 1 year.

      Cons

      Gossip, favouritism, profit over culture. There is no culture. Just like any coffee shop it’s high turnover no matter what department. They play mind games, blame and practically no feedback. There is no growth even when asked. They would assume you’re stupid than feedback.
