      Pros

      The company is a great place for you to find and live upto your potential. Their open culture enables you to contribute in any area you think you can deliver value without boxing you to your title. If you see yourself as leadership material this company offers you a platform to grow yourself and build something cool that matters. The free food and the CEOs open door policy are underrated benefits as well :)

      Cons

      The fast paced environment can be intimidating whilst you initially find your footing, but is mitigated by the fact that company leadership is open door and willing to address your challenges.

      Great company that focuses on a very high performing culture and raises the bar on performance. If you are a high performer and passionate about tech this is a great place to work. Flat culture and the CEO operates with a culture of everyone is a leader.

      If technology is not your passion this is not the company for you.

      The company deals with genuinely cutting-edge technology. Internal channels are constantly buzzing with the latest breakthroughs in AI and computer science, making it a brilliant environment for high-performers. The CEO is exceptional, deeply visionary, completely up to date on evolving industry standards, and often a few steps ahead of his time in his strategic thinking.

      Cons

      The primary hurdle was a legacy layer of "senior" employees who fundamentally failed to understand the company’s ambitious mission. I use the term "senior" loosely, as their titles were a reflection of their age rather than actual technical competence or merit. These self-proclaimed engineers dragged down momentum. Fortunately, management has recognized this and decisively moved on from those who lacked the capability to keep pace.
