      Pros

      No pros which I can think of.

      Cons

      The manager keep himself busy by making employees to sit for hours in meetings and still expect work to be finished by deadline. Zero respect for employees. Coding standards and design architecture is poor. Too much work pressure due to small tech team < 20 employees. Due to small team most of the time is spent on support rather than acquiring new techincal knowledge. They make you work on every saturday without any compensation.

      Good place to learn and grow.

      Pros

      Being a former employee who has been with the company I can tell there is lot of scope to learn and grow. Only thing is you have to approach and work towards it. The work is hectic and sometimes the pressure can be a lot but if you can just make your way through it there is a lot of scope to learn and explore. Also the higher management is friendly and will support you when you need it the most. For me they supported a lot.
