      Pros

      505 has had some of the friendliest and most dedicated people I have worked with in this industry and they they routinely hired like minded people.

      Cons

      Employees often felt undervalued and due to the constant flow of work nothing was ever celebrated, Even the launch of new titles was met with a quick mention in a meeting before moving on.

      Access to play games. eye into the games biz. Some helpful employees. Some remote work in the sun.

      Cons

      If you're a favourite, you get rewarded for it. Otherwise you're left to just get on and forgotten. Not willing to consider ideas to improve company. Some employees can be very two faced.
