1. Co-Founders will make you work 18 to 20 hrs a day and expect you to answer back in the middle of the night. 2. There is no holiday, no breaks, no new year, no Christmas. You will be working all throughout. And if you take a day off they will micromanage you and keep an eye on a negative remark for your career. 3. If you are an engineer and you need to automate or create an algorithm for the SAAS based platform, the co-founder will make sure you do it within probation because after that he will ask you to leave with revoking your access overnight. 4. They will get the work done from you and throw you under the bus stating that "You are not meeting the expectations even after slogging for 18 hrs a day. 5. All the requirements are disorganized and there is no proper way of doing work, whatever the founders think that's the way of working.
