      Freedom to investigate on own ideas and designs

      Cons

      Poor benefits, unreliable bonus and pay, no stock options, company obsessed with cutting costs so no investment to achieve company goal or high productivity. Terrible out of touch HR, incompetent managers that never challenge company. Company culture does not reward dedicated employees
