      Would never set my foot back here as long as the management is the way it is

      The colleagues are amazing and really the only positive thing about working here.

      Cons

      Management is terrible. Salaries are really bad and after 1 year a collective agreement is still not in place in Stockholm. They are constantly telling you that you are not in any way allowed to represent Finnair even though we are doing the exact same job as AY in Helsinki. You can’t even wear pins that shows you are “Finnair” crew. Incredibly discriminating and the worst company I have ever worked for, even though I really like the Finnair procedures etc. Ever since November there is only one route (ARN-DOH) and you’re working from 6-8 flights a month. Everyone of the crew members is dissatisfied with the terrible conditions but they still perform with excellent service and professionalism even though they get nothing in return.

We are proud to have implemented a CLA in March 2024, and we hope that many of the concerns described above have now been solved.       Not for the aspiring....

      Pros

      Used to have lots of off days before we started to operate the sydney route. Generally a small base. Nice working environment if you are an easy going person. Great place if you love status quo.

      Cons

      Management - do not expect them to reply to your mail especially when requesting for help .. Don't have the decency to at least acknowledge receipt of the request/email. Lack local HR knowledge- not very well versed in local employment matters. Operations - bunch of robots that have no idea what to do when out of the norm situation arise. Super rigid. Salary has not been reviewed since 2015. job advancement opportunities is close to zero- ccm and scc salary are very similar.
